My life feels like Groundhog Day

“I get up, sort out the kids, eat breakfast in a hurry, do the schools run, go to work, pick up the kids, do homework, cook dinner, watch telly and then I go to bed and tomorrow it starts all over again.”

This is what my client was telling me in our first coaching session.

This is how many of my clients have explained their life to me over the last 7 years.

My client had lost the love for her every day life. She had lost what inspires her and wasn’t sure what her purpose was anymore.

Part of the work we did together was to look at what inspired her and what made her a true sense of purpose.

When you know why you get up in the morning your life no longer feels like Groundhog Day.

You look forward to what each day will bring and how you can put your own mark on it 🌷

What is your purpose in life? Do you know?

Lots of Love
