I have just had an epiphany. Had breakfast at a hotel today and did not have pastries or anything sweet. Instead had egg, cheese, ham and chicken on a brown roll. Suddenly Il'm eating like a grown up! And I'm really full :)
In just five days I have realised how much drinking enough water makes a difference to my focus, energy and mood. Before I felt lost a bit lost and out of control after a hard time in my life. Now I feel like I am back on track. Now I know that starting the day with a litre of water and topping up through the day will help me in so many ways. I also know that there is a way to reduce my snoring (if I can keep the tape on!!) I have learned that small adjustments to make sure my body gets what it needs can stop cravings and help me consciously improve my food choices.
My results with Christina have been utterly fantastic. Several months on, she has truly changed my eating and exercise habits and, once more, I really enjoy it and I am able to fit it in with the rest of my life. It has been great! The lower abs work is changing my life - at least, changing the way I feel about my body. I really didn't think I would be able to change that part of my stomach but I have some hope now that it is possible now.
